If you POST on other people's blogs, then link back to YOUR BLOG, you'll have people linking to your blog.. especially if you have interesting content. Its that simple.
To post to other people's blogs, simply go to google.. type in this search : Real Estate Blog
Then find a page that has the ability for you to post your own comments to THEIR blog. A form that you'll want to post to looks something like this
